Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • This includes engravings with names, logos, specific messages, or artwork provided or approved by you.

  • Please review all custom details carefully before submitting your order.

If We Made a Mistake

  • If you receive an item that was incorrectly engraved, damaged during shipping, or otherwise not as ordered, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery using our return portal (linked below).

  • We’ll work with you to make it right — either by sending a corrected item or issuing a refund.

Returns on Non-Custom Items

  • Non-personalized, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
