All custom and personalized items are final sale. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes engravings with names, logos, specific messages, or artwork provided or approved by you.

If We Made a Mistake

If you receive an item that was incorrectly engraved, damaged during shipping, or otherwise not as ordered, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery using our return portal (linked below).

We’ll work with you to make it right — either by sending a corrected item or issuing a refund.
Returns on Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
