Thank you for shopping with TwoMoons.Gifts! We use Shopify’s integrated shipping network to get your items to you safely and efficiently via trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and others.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your custom engraving.

  • Bulk or high-volume orders may require additional lead time. We'll communicate clearly if any delays are expected.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and other major carriers using Shopify's discounted rates.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days depending on the selected shipping method and your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss options.

Shipping Delays

  • Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or weather disruptions.

  • If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We're also happy to help resolve issues where possible.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
